Etrian Odyssey Untold UK/EU release date announced

On yesterday’s Nintendo Direct announcement, one of the news items reported was the release date of Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl in the UK and Europe, considering the American release was released back in October 2013. The original game back on the DS was the only game in the series prior to EO:IV that was released in the UK.

The updated Etrian Odyssey Untold will be released on the 2nd May 2014 and a demo is reported to come 2 weeks earlier (18th April 2014) on the eShop. The re-release has 2 modes: Story mode and Classic mode. Story mode has preset characters, voice acting and cut-scenes which will be aimed towards beginners, while Classic mode will have nearly identical to the DS original with customisable characters and jobs and be suited for veterans of the Etrian Odyssey series.
