Images of NEW 3DS models revealed

During today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct, it was revealed that the 3DS and 3DS XL (LL in Japan) will be upgraded with new features.

The revised hardware will include Near Field Communication (NFC) as standard ,a second smaller Circle Pad, additional shoulder buttons (ZL and ZR) and improved 3D viewing angles. The upper screen will also have less blur which may said was a huge flaw in the present XL model. Also on the normal 3DS model only, the A,B,X,Y buttons have the same colours as the SNES pad which is a nice touch. In addition the CPU will be enhanced and hence be able to play the upcoming 3DS port of Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii)

In Japan they will be released in October, but Europe will have to wait til 2015 at least until we can enjoy this new model.
