Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment Switch and 3DS release dates revealed

The latest update to the popular and excellent Shovel Knight will be heading to various platforms including Nintendo’s newest console The Switch.

Specter of Torment which will feature the Specter Knight as the protagonist who was one of the bosses which Shovel Knight himself fought in the original game.

The Switch release of the Specter of Torment will be on launch day (3rd March 2017) which means it’s a Switch exclusive until April 2017 where it will be released on the other platforms including the 3DS.

In addition Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove which includes the original game as well as the Plague Knight DLC as well as the newly released Specter DLC which will retail for $24.99 (US), the UK/EU prices have yet to be confirmed.
